“it table” is an independent cafe that has been operating since 2013, over 10 years now. It features a unique and charming atmosphere created by the harmony of wood and light. It has become a local cafe in Gangnam where many people can comfortably visit for dates, gatherings, or personal work.
I contemplated what to feature as the first introduction for “View in Gangnam,” and “it table” was selected without hesitation. There are several reasons for this.
I believe that in order to feel a place as your hometown, there needs to be a spot you can comfortably visit anytime, aside from your home. This cafe is simply perfect as that kind of place. It offers a welcoming atmosphere for anyone, whether alone, as a couple, or in a group. I believe that enjoying your favorite drink and a bit of bread while gazing at the local scenery outside the window is a wonderful way to immerse yourself in the area.
Additionally, “it table” offers drinks that are on par with the flavors of large franchises in the area. If you want to experience the aroma and taste of coffee from an independent cafe rather than a franchise, I would mention this place as top recommendation.
Another reason is the consistency this cafe has shown over more than 10 years of operation. They always bake a few pastries themselves, and change the flowers in the vase on the table each season.
During special seasons like Halloween and Christmas, they decorate the space accordingly. I often find myself admiring the dedication of this place.
As I am posting this just before Christmas, I look forward to the anticipated transformation of this space in the upcoming days. If you are in Gangnam, I highly recommend considering a visit.
